PriDE manages Defence Estates’ South East Regional Prime Contract (SE RPC). Valued at around £380m, the SE RPC is one of five regional prime contracts currently in place in the UK.

Commendation for Terry Mullen
Congratulations to PriDE’s Terry Mullen who has received a commendation from 4 Div for his involvement with the Peronnel First project at Dalton Barracks. Col Kelly, Commander Abingdon Station, nominated Terry for the award stating that the project would not have been as successful and effective if it had not been for Terry’s close management. He was also praised for working closely with the customer, and effectively educating them and helping to find compromise solutions where possible. Col Kelly believed Terry helped to achieve real value for money, recycling where possible so that funding could be stretched that little bit further and enhance improvements.
The £1.68m project was the complete upgrade of single soldier’s living accommodation at Dalton, and the work was carried out in under ten months.
