PriDE manages Defence Estates’ South East Regional Prime Contract (SE RPC). Valued at around £380m, the SE RPC is one of five regional prime contracts currently in place in the UK.

Team work all hours to restore power at RAF Uxbridge
The PriDE team based at RAF Uxbridge received praise for their efforts following a power outage on site. An outside contractor hit a water main, which then affected the electrics, leaving the site with no power or water. The team stayed on after hours to ensure power was back up and running, and all systems operating. The team managed to get 90% of the power back during the night, and the remainder came on in the morning.
Flt Lt Reid stated:
‘On behalf of the Station and myself, I would like to congratulate personnel from the PriDE team that responded to the incident. The work done to restore systems was good. I saw PriDE at work last night and was very pleased with the "can do" attitude’.
