PriDE manages Defence Estates’ South East Regional Prime Contract (SE RPC). Valued at around £380m, the SE RPC is one of five regional prime contracts currently in place in the UK.

Commendations

Terry Mullen received a commendation from the Army’s 4 Division for his involvement with the Personnel First project at Dalton Barracks. Col Kelly, Commander Abingdon Station, nominated Terry for the award stating that the project would not have been as successful and effective if it had not been for Terry’s close management.

Chief Executive Commendations

Steve Hill, Programme Manager within Core Works, received this prestigious award for the ingenuity and hard work carried out in his role on the Combined HQ at RAF High Wycombe
Case Study.

The Alexis Soyer House project was also awarded the commendation for the successful delivery of a project with many challenges, all of which were successfully overcome by the team using positive innovation and added value initiatives.

Gold RoSPA Award for Occupational Health and Safety

PriDE has maintained the highest award level since contract commencement from this highly respected programme.

British Institute of Facilities Management Award for Sustainability 2008

PriDE won this major award as a result of the ‘PriDE Goes Green’ initiative that helps to drive cultural and behavioural change throughout the military estate in the south east.

Minister (Defence Equipment and Support) Acquisition Awards 2009

for the following:

• Excellence in Acquisition
• Sustainable Procurement

These awards were received for the relocation project of Defence Food Services School from St Omer Barracks in Aldershot to Worthy Down. View News Article

The project team received this award for the successful completion of a 58-bed space accommodation project at DMRC Headley Court.

Best of the Best

PriDE personnel received the award for Sustainable Development two years running at the Interserve internal awards ceremony, thanks to the development of a robust and innovative Sustainable Development Management System.

David Taylor, from FCSTE Manston won the Interserve’s Executive Director’s Award in 2009 for his dedication and commitment to his site and the customer.
