Background

The major driving force of the project was the political pressure to get the building installed within a short timescale.

Located within a designated Green Belt Area, the site location is of a particularly sensitive nature and the ward extension required extensive planning liaison. The site also has Grade II Listed Building Assets, such as the wall and gate access, which had to be carefully dismantled and reconstructed during the project.
